Shipping information
A. Shipping costs and information:
By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will take place via DPD, UPS, DHL or a freight forwarder. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email before placing an order (sales@3ddruckboss.de) and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.
Delivery times
On average, the goods leave our warehouse no later than one working day after your order. However, please note that for items made specifically for you, delivery time may vary. In such cases, it may take up to 20 business days for your custom product to be ready for shipment. We ask for your understanding of this individual manufacturing time as we want to ensure that each product is manufactured with the utmost care and precision to meet your specific requirements.
I. Shipping within Germany:
If the gross goods value exceeds 45.00 euros, we ship free of charge throughout Germany.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
